He was predeceased by: his parent Dengsheng Qi. He is survived by: his spouse Mingfeng; his parent Xuexiang Zhou; and his children, Jun Qi of Southborough, Bin Qi of China, Juan Qi and Ying Qi. He is also survived by five grandsons and two granddaughters.
