George I. Simmons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George I. Simmons of Charleston, Maine, who passed away on December 7, 2024 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George I. Simmons to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irving W. Simmons and Charlotte E. Simmons (Strout); his wife Beverly Simmons (Woodbury) of Charleston; his son William Simmons of Bangor; his stepchildren, Maynard Larrabee of Charleston and April Geyzer (Boris) of Lake Worth, FL; his grandchildren, Paisley Johnson, Acheron, Colton Simmons, Austin, Kyle and Colby Robbins; and his siblings, David Simmons (Prudence) of Bangor, John Simmons (Collette) of Charleston, Laura Partridge of Charleston and Harold Simmons.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kiley & Foley Funeral Service (299 Union St, Bangor, ME 04401). The military honors was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
