He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Travis (Spinale); his children, Daniel O'Sullivan (Ilcia), William O'Sullivan (Jessica), Katie Athanas (Chris), David Duzan and Stephanie; his grandchildren, Krystina, Michael, Marquise, Ari, Kaylee, Danny, Mariah, William and David; and his siblings, Hank Travis (Stephanie), Joe Travis (Jacky), Ellen Lynch (late Paul), June Howell (late Donnie) and Stephen Travis (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
