It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vernon Levesque of Caribou, Maine, who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyime Levesque and Irene Levesque (Cyr); his son Roy Levesque; and his brothers, Percy (Pauline), Ernie (Edith) and Richard (Florence).
He is survived by: his wife Huguette Levesque (Pelletier); his daughters, Verna Levesque, Tina Keyes (Kevin Keyes) and Norma Newland (Richard Newland); his grandchildren, Lindsay Rae Thayer (Joe Thayer) and Richard Newland Jr. (Sydney Sutter); his great grandchildren, Isiah and Jonah Thayer; his great great grandchildren, Nova and Valencia Thayer; and his brothers, Willard Levesque (Aline Levesque) and Raymond Levesque (Nicole Levesque). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parish of the Precious Blood (31 Thomas Ave, Caribou, ME 04736). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Holy Rosary Cemetery (656 Sweden St, Caribou, ME 04736).
