He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Emmert and Carolyn Emmert (Powell); and his sisters, Alyce Emmert and Evelyn Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Jo Emmert (Duncan) of Caribou; his sons, Timothy Emmert of Mapleton and Rick Emmert (Jessica) of Topsham; and his brother Dale Emmert (Tracy) of New Kensington, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
The military honors was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery (37 Lombard Rd, Caribou, ME 04736). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
