He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gladys Grass Carlow and Lester Philip Carlow; his sister Madeline (Klein); his significant other Lois Hale; and his children, Richard McNeal of Presque Isle, Danny Carlow (Marcia) of Calais, Kerri Robinson (Dana) of Rochester, NH, Beth Carlow of Bangor and Philip Carlow (Leslie) of Easton. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great, great-grandchild.
