Though Omerine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Omerine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thibodeau and Isabelle Thibodeau (Madore); her significant other Lawrence Robichaud; and her siblings, Fern, Percy, Fernande, Theresa, Estelle and Shirley.
She is survived by: her son Chuck Pettit of Caribou; and her sister Ina Rhinehart of North Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bruno-St. Remi Church (174 Main St, Van Buren, ME 04785).
