He is survived by: his children, Rick Taggett (Tara) of Woodland, Earl McNeal of Portland, Dean McNeal of Washburn, Craig McNeal of Caribou, Joey McNeal of Washburn and Shelly Maynard of Fort Fairfield; his sister Candace Pangburn (Garry) of Woodland; and his grandsons, Wyatt Taggett (Katrina) and Jesse Taggett. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
