He is survived by: his father Ronald Phelan; his sons, David of Presque Isle and Bob (Michelle) of Durham, ME; his grandchildren, Hannah of Attleboro, MA and Jeremy of Durham; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Elizabeth Phelan of Bainbridge Island, WA, Sharon Siegal of Holliston, MA, Donna Walker (AJ) of Westbrook, Tom Sewell (Donna) of Saco and Jon Sewell (Kelley) of Eliot; his great-niece Anna; and his great-nephew Benjamin. He is also survived by his sons, a grandfather.
