She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Otto Hede and Selma Carlstrom Hede; her husband John Sodergren; her sisters, Lorraine (Gunnerson) and Ernestine; and her stepson Gary.
She is survived by: her father-in-law Ernest Gunnerson; her friends, Amy and Wilbert Holmquist; her daughters, Sandra Johnson Woods Watson (Jim) of Westbrook, ME and Janice Johnson (Al) of Trenton, ME; her stepson Roderick Corey (Roberta) of Lanesboro; her grandson Jakob Bueche (Katy) of Port Townsend, WA; her siblings, Linda Callison of Caribou and Elmer Gunnerson of Presque Isle; her great grandchildren, Sam and Faith Lowry; and her stepchildren, Graydon (Jamie), Glen (Vernell), Beverly (Greg) and Carol.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eleanor's memory to the Trinity Lutheran Church, or to the Stockholm Historical Society.
