With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl York of Caribou, Maine, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 21, 2023 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Wilmer H. York; and her sister Sherry York. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Archer (Francis); her husband Merle of Presque Isle; her close friend Eric Brigman of Easton; her children, Michael A. York of Caribou, Cherrika Brigman of Easton and Kara Brigman of Presque Isle; her siblings, Mark N. York of Fort Fairfield, Dana D. York (Amanda) of Fort Fairfield, Blake York of Fort Fairfield, Kathy M. York of Presque Isle and Sarah DeWitt (Troy) of Presque Isle; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Eli, Evelyn York, Layne, Emma Beaton, Bently and Mia Holmes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
