He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Skidgel and Phyllis Skidgel (Grant); his wife Susan Kirchner of Caribou; his children, Donald B. Skidgel (Hope) of Caribou, Chris B. Skidgel (Janice) of Mars Hill and Amanda Skidgel (Billie Jo) of Limestone; his sisters, Bonnie Clark (Edward) of Hawthorne, FL and Barbara Bragg (Winston) of Washburn; his grandchildren, Taylor Thibodeau, Chrissy Skidgel, Taylor Skidgel, Sarah Skidgel, Christopher Skidgel Jr., Daniel Skidgel, Chelsea Moulton, Symone Malbaurn and Cameron Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Dodd, Jeff Fitzherbert and Rick Kirchner.
