He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Cullins (Gahagan). He is survived by: his father Arthur Cullins of Caribou; his children, Matthew Cullins (Ashley Usher) of Gorham and Molli Cullins (Drew MacVane) of Gray; his sisters, Lynn Cullins (Kevin Burtt) of Caribou and Bonnie Theriault (Greg) of Caribou; his granddaughter Lauren of Gorham; and the mother of his children Cathy Duffy of Caribou.
