He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond M. Chase and Jacqueline Chase (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Holly A. Chase (Moore); his son Aaron T. Chase; and his siblings, Scott Chase (Mary) of York, Maine, Susan H. Chase of York and Rebecca Wiler (Alex) of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
