He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Moulton and Helen Moulton (Smith); and his brother James A. Moulton. He is survived by: his children, David (Lisa), Wendy Moulton Sullivan (Kenneth Sullivan) and Marvin Moulton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
