It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen A. Milligan of Cape Neddick, Maine, born in Nashua, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pauline M. Clark (Paquette) of Manchester, NH and Kenneth W. Clark; her husband Michael Milligan of Cape Neddick, ME; her son Ryan Milligan (Christina); her grandchildren, Isabella and Nolan; her son Andrew Milligan; her grandson Timothy Milligan; and her sisters, Judith Beaudoin, Diane Kennedy and Annmarie Way.
