He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Chaney and Yvette Chaney (Racine) of Kittery Maine; his wife Sheila J. Chaney of Cape Neddick; his daughters, Shelly A. Chaney (George Hall) of Cheraw, S. C. and Kimberly M. Chaney (Dale C. Farstad) of Buxton Maine; and his granddaughter Lauren Carpenter (Christopher Carpenter).
