He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Tripler and Robert "Trip" Tripler; his wife Elsebeth Tripler; his children, Lisa Tripler (Daniel Rapaport) and Scott Tripler (Patricia Somerville); and his grandchildren, Julie Rapaport (Greg Levine), Carly Rapaport (Alex Vargas), Keith, Abby and Genny Tripler.
