It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachelle L. Lowell in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene Bourque and Germaine Bourque (Payeur); her sister Geri Pendexter; and her grandson Nicholas Jones. She is survived by: her children, Mark Lowell (Michelle) and Tammy Jones; her grandchildren, Brandon Jones (April), Ethan Lowell and Celine Savage (Alex); her brothers, Richard and Robert Bourque; and her former husband Roger Lowell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
