It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Cook (Cape Elizabeth, Maine), born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on May 18, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Mark; and his brother Michael Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen LaRocco; his children, Maria Palheiredo (Daniel) of Connecticut and Matthew Cook of Scarborough; his siblings, Peter Cook (Margaret) of Whiting, Heidi Cook of Pittsfield and Heather Hodgin of Florida; and also, Mark and Bean. He is also survived by father, brother, partner, friend, and son.
