With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen G. Pierce of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Karen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gesen and Margaret Gesen (Jackman). She is survived by: her husband Peter G Pierce of Rockport, MA.; and her children, Andrew Pierce (Ghanea), Benjamin Pierce (Brendalee) and Ellen Parenteau (Jean Pierre). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
