He was predeceased by: his wife Catharine Bagshaw Foley; and his siblings, Patricia Foley, William Foley and Robert Foley. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Foley (Patricia O'Carroll) of Naples, Fla., Falmouth, Mary Boyle (Gerry Boyle) of China Village, Owen Foley (Stella Michaelis) of Los Angeles, Calif., Martha Foley (Oliver Payne) of Kennebunk and John Foley of Kennebunk; his grandchildren, Christopher Foley, Cameron Foley, Cara Foley, Emily Westbrooks, Carolyn Liegner, Charlie Boyle, Greta Hagen, Mark Hagen, Zoe Kennedy, Lara Foley and Julia Foley; and his sister Donna MacLean (Norman) of Tewksbury, Mass.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
