He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herrick and Lillian Herrick (Davis); his wife Vilma Barbuto; and his siblings, Richard and Jean.

He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Alison) of Arlington, VA, Stephen (Karen) of Reading, MA, Valerie of Cape Elizabeth, ME, Scott (Sarah) of Kennebunk, ME and Craig (Cassie); and his grandchildren, Madeleine, Bella, Josh, Yonit, Benjamin, Nate and Meleah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Cedars, Portland, Maine.
