He was predeceased by: his father Edward Michael Ridge, Jr.; and his grandparents, Leo D. Betters, Joanne Norton and Edward Michael Ridge, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Leah J. Ridge and John O. Ridge; his mother Lynne M. Ridge; his stepfather Brent A. Berry; his sister Allyson Elizabeth Ridge (Tristan Petersen); his nephew Baxter E. Petersen; and his grandmother Eloise Betters. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
During the CoVid-19 pandemic, he was a stay-at-home dad.
