He is survived by: his uncle Murray; his wife Carmita McCoy; his daughters, Laura Ingalls (Tom Hippe) and Emma Ingalls; his stepson Nicholas Wright; his sisters, Mertice Moore (Richard) and Mary Ingalls; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Sydney, Stella and Juliet; his niece Wendy Gott (Bob Buchanan); his nephew Christopher Crouse (Marlene); his friends, Rick Ahlsen and John Ready, Jr.; and his cousins, Darren and Pam McLellan.
