He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Perry and Winifred Perry (Lynch); his siblings, Elizabeth Russ, Anne McCaffrey and Henry Jr.; his brothers-in-law, Donald Russ and James McCaffrey; and his parents-in-law, William and Elaine Healey.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Healey); his son David Jr.; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Isabella of Basking Ridge, N. J.; his daughter Elizabeth (Robert Tracy) of South Portland; his grandchildren, Michael and Margaret Herrick; his siblings-in-law, Judith and Richard Jones, Jr. of Mandeville, LA; his nieces and nephews, Martin Russ, Karen Collen, Brian Russ, James McCaffrey, Mary Elizabeth McCaffrey, Thomas McCaffrey, Mary Anne Grice, Richard III and Christopher Jones; his pet Dolly; his friends, Steve, Adrienne Murphy, Jennifer O'Sullivan, James Sweet, Donna, Philip Palmer, Warren Heiss and Dr. Mark Braun; and also, Kristin and Mark.
