It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Badner of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Louise Paulsen; and her husband Jack Badner of Old Saybrook, Connecticut.. She is survived by: her pets, Ollie, Reggie and Gabby; her siblings, Gloria Boyd of Gaithersburg and David Paulsen of North Bridgton; and her grandchildren, Rick Vogel (Brenda) of Yarmouth, Ricky, Jameson, Eliza, Peter Vogel (Julie) of Harpswell, Riley, Sawyer, Sophie, Rod Vogel (Lori) of Cumberland, Tucker and Tessa.
