It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne W. Van Lonkhuyzen of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Anne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Anne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elise Brecker Williams and Harold V; and her brother Harold B. She is survived by: her children, John of Cumberland Foreside, Christina of Bluffton, Harold of Rockport and William of Asheville; and her pet Moxie. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
