He was predeceased by: his brother Henry Stetkis. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. Stetkis (Chepren) of Canaan; his children, Joel Stetkis (Denise) of Canaan, Gergory Stetkis of Canaan, Wayne Stetkis of Canaan and Wendy Turner (Rick Sr); his siblings, Arthur Stetkis of Middleboro and Josephine Towne (Ralph) of Taunton; his grandchildren, Alex, Brittney, Isabelle, Gabriel and Gavin; and also Cornville.

In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make donations in his memory to the Canaan Cavalry Church, VFW, or Veteran's Organization of choice Funeral Home Dan & Scott's Cremation & Funeral Service.
