He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Newell Strom and Virginia White Strom. He is survived by: his friends, Jean Johnson and Dan Richard; his wife Jean; his children, Kimberly, Gregory and Michael; and his siblings, Naida Harris, Susanne Poulin, Hubert and Roland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
