He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robie Drinkwater and Bertha Drinkwater (Butler); his wife Dorothy Bryant; his brothers, Lawrence Drinkwater and Walter Drinkwater; his niece Julie Drinkwater Landwehr; his sister Maxine Simmons; his sister-in-law Glenna Drinkwater; and his nephews, Charles L. Simmons III, Kurt Drinkwater and Todd Drinkwater.
