It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnifred Demmons (Calais, Maine), who passed away on June 24, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Wayne, Frederick and Francis; and her brother-in-law David Burke. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Scott of Calgary, Jo-Anne Moffatt (Peter) of Oak Bay, NB, Gerald Demmons (Pat) of Conway, Jeff Demmons (Kathy) of Calais, John Demmons (Tina) of Baileyville, Joel Demmons (Debbie) of Calais and Joanie Demmons of Calais; her siblings, Philip Keen of Florida, Rick (Judy) of Maryland, Jean Kelly (Jim) of Holden and Ginny Burke of Calais; her siblings-in-law, Betty Ahlquist of Scarborough, Lester Greenlaw of Scarborough and Ruth Keen of Florida; and her mother The Mother. She is also survived by 44 Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
