William I. Krider Sr. Obituary
We bid farewell to William I. Krider Sr. (Calais, Maine), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 7, 2025 at the age of 85. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Krider and Nellie Krider (Onspaugh); his wife Elizabeth Krider; and his brother Edward Krider. He is survived by: his sons, William Krider Jr. of Cooper and John Krider (Gina) of Whitinsville, MA; his sisters, Anna Mae Derby of Cambridge Springs, PA and Mary Krider-Lindsey; and his cousin Earl Krider of Meadville, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (31 Calais Ave, Calais, ME 04619).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Knights of Columbus for their tootsie roll drive, 3 Park St., Calais, ME 04619.
