He is survived by: his son Mark Hornbrook (Brenda) of Baring; his grandchildren, Arielle Hornbrook (Bryan Young) of Searsport and Jacob Hornbrook of Baring; his great grandchild Sawyer Young; his niece Julie Boies (Mike) of Baileyville; his nephews, Greg Hornbrook of Calais and Jimmy Hornbrook of Hampden; his sister-in-law Betty Hornbrook; his friend Vicki McLaughlin of Baileyville; and also, Alicia Marchese of Biddeford and Marcia Hornbrook of Calais.
