He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton L. and Thursa; and his significant other Doreen Leighton. He is survived by: his sons, Tom Sawyer and Steven Sawyer (Jessica); his grandchildren, Taylor Farrington (Shawn), Kaci Sawyer, Kalila Lehmann (Hunter), Josie Dickerson (Dane), Jeorge Sawyer and Stewart Sawyer; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Elijah, Marley, Amelia, Daniel and Eliza; his brother John Sawyer (Sookie); and his aunt Vernice Young. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
