He is survived by: his former wife Debbie Cox-Dow of Alexander; his children, Kelly Ann Dow (Steve Austin) of Hermon and Shaun Steven (Nathaniel Basting) of New Glarus, WI; his grandson Jaykob Steven Daniel Dow of Hermon; his father-in-law Robert Pomeroy of Milltown; his siblings, Donna Ruopp (George) of Shapleigh and Mike Dow of Houlton; and his close friend John Hill of Calais. He is also survived by many cousins, several nieces and nephews, as well as many close friends and coworkers.
