He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Booker and Lorraine Booker (Henner) of Berkley, MA; and his great grandchild Dylan Plass. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Booker of Eastport, ME; his children, Jeffrey Booker, Lori Booker Jorge, Timothy Booker (Colleen), Jennifer Lewis, Janice Rezendes, Joanne Williams (Charles) and Julie Plass (Richard); and his grandchildren, William Booker (Lauren), Aaron Booker (Ashley), Kyle Jorge (Lindsey), Emily Booker, Molly Booker, Erin Lewis, Bryan Lewis, Derek Williams, Christopher Williams, Ashley Plass and Brett Plass. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a great- great grandchild.
