With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Halligan of Calais, Maine, who passed away on June 18, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sedora Gallant and Joseph "Frenchy" Gallant; her brothers, James Gallant and Richard "Skip" Armstrong; and her brother-in-law Ralph MacDonald.
She is survived by: her close friend Patricia; her friends, Ruthie and Jane; her close friend Sally; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Austin (Michelle), Ashley (Phillip Ezell), Cora Langer and Crystal Cruson (Jake); her siblings, George Moore, Jeanette Stump (Stanley), Kathryn MacDonald, Irene Hefflin (Robert) and Ronnie Gallant (Sandra); and her sister-in-law Debbie Armstrong. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
