With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pauline Rayner (Calais, Maine), who passed away on February 6, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dowling and Ellen Dowling (Morgan); her husband Edward Rayner; her sons, Jimmy and Junior; and her siblings, Alex and Bessie.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Boyer (Bill) of Standish, Jackie (Brenda) of Grand Manan and Danny (Peggy) of Ft. Kent; her nieces and nephews, Mary Ann O'Brien (Wilfred), Diane Greene (Joey) of Grand Manan, Bill Dowling of St. Stephen and Doug Clinch (Ting) of Grand Manan; and her friends, Artie, Amy Pike, Joy York, Sally Nelligan and Gladys Greenlaw. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, be kind, don't judge people, live each day like it's your last, call your mom, spend time with family, thank God every day for your blessings and for those who wish to can make a donation to their favorite charity in her name.
