He is survived by: his mother Gloria Smith (Gaddis) of Eastport; his wife Wanda Smith; his sons, Robert Smith of Baileyville and Chad Smith of Alexander; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith of Caribou, Robbie Smith of Virginia and Aiden Smith of Bangor; his great grandchild Ashton Muncey; his parents-in-law, Elmer Doughty of Baileyville and Margaret Ferstman (Lee) of Oregon; his pets, Powsie, Daisy and Luna; and also, Heather Cox (Robert) of Mattawamkeag, Brian McCray, Heather McCray (Brian Joy), Dana Davis (Glen) and Chris Everett (Rebekka). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
