She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dean and Charlotte Dean (Thibodeau); her husband Leo Perkins; her daughters, Deborah White and Donna Brown; her son-in-law Randy White; and her siblings, Evelyn, James, Elizabeth, William, Edith, Lawrence, Barbara and Everett.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Melissa Brown (Chuck), Krista White (Jeff Babcock) of St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Veronica Seavey (Anthony Iannucci) of Calais, Maine, Allison Seavey (Ahn Tran) of Tumwater, Washington, Jen Harris (Micah) and Mitchell Brown of Texas; her great grandchildren, Jessica (Brandon), Emma (Nicole), Ben, Kaden, Ryleigh, Bella, Jesse, Leo, Ella and Adriana; her son-in-law David Brown; and her nephews, Andreas Connal-Nicolaou (Wendy), Alexander Nicolaou (Heather) and Jeff Storey. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calais Methodist Church (849 Main St, Calais, ME 04619). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Woodland Cemetery (30 Ryan Rd, Baileyville, ME 04694).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to honor Madeline's memory by making a donation to the Calais Methodist Church or by donating a children's book to your local school—celebrating her lifelong love of reading and children.
