She was predeceased by: her father Samuel J. Neptune Sr.; her aunt Arlene Wiggins; her great-grandparent Alice Francis; her grandparents, Irene and Sabattus Lewey Sr.; her cousin Chris Francis (Abigail Francis); and her uncles, Robert, Richard, Carleton and George Lewey.
She is survived by: her stepfathers, Kim and Class; her mother Gloria Lewey-Cleaves; her stepfather Frank Cleaves of Pleasant Point; her brother Samuel Neptune Jr. (Theresa); her niece Kira Wipon; her nephews, Louie and Henri of Pleasant Point; her sister Kelsey Lewey (Ashton); her niece Melody Sky of Pleasant Point; her sister Courtney Newell; her niece Naiya of Freeport, Maine; her sister Samantha Robb (Joshua); her niece Lyla; her nephew Bryce of Connecticut; her grandparents, Genevieve and Roy Neptune Sr. of Pleasant Point; and her godparents, Pearl Pulk, Ray Moore Jr. and Kim.
