She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Alward and Helen Alward (Baker); her former husband Donald Leavitt Sr.; her husband Daley Perry; her sons, Timothy and Wayne; and her daughter-in-law Rhoda Leavitt.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Leavitt of Topsham, Donald Leavitt Jr. of Baileyville and Danny Leavitt (Susan Moore) of Blue Hill. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
