It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Damon (Calais, Maine), born in Pembroke, Maine, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Suddy and Alice Suddy (Shannon); her husband Keith Cambridge Damon of Charlotte, Maine.; her sisters, Inez Suddy and Beverly Crosby; and her grandsons, Scott and Jay Suddy.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Higgins (Peter) of Bangor, Douglas Damon (Cherie) of Bangor and Marguerite Tourtillotte (Earle) of Boothbay Harbor; her siblings, Allen Suddy (MaryAnn) of Bangor, Albert Suddy of Veazie, Carolyn Robertson of Eastport, Willard Suddy (Julia) of Eastport, Clarence Suddy (Jane) of Eastport and Karen Seeley (Slick) of Calais; her grandchildren, Forrest Higgins (Sandra) of Orrington, Darren Higgins (Karrie), Shawn Damon (Katie), Derek Damon (Andrea), Magen Chryplewicz (Tom) of Boothbay Harbor and Meredith Plumber (Quinton) of Boothbay Harbor; her great grandchildren, Rebecca Higgins, Shauna Martin, Seamus Higgins, Liam Higgins, Emilie Higgins, Lauren Higgins, Parker Damon, Drew Damon, Paisley Damon, Elizabeth Joyce Damon, Keith Damon, Annabelle Damon, Dylan Chryplewicz, Austin Chryplewicz and Logan Chryplewicz; and her great great grandchildren, Jameson and Reagan Martin.
