She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hall and Grenva "Tooie" Hall (Craft); her husband Col. Ronald Miller; her brother-in-law Robert Miller; and her nephews, Robert Miller Jr. and Timothy Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald "Todd" Miller (Sherri) of Wasilla, AK and Laury Luros (Eric) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Derek, Evan, Benjamin Miller of Wasilla, AK, Shannon Baun (Scott), Olivia and Madison Luros of Indianapolis, IN; her great grandchildren, Cyrus, Aria and Michael; her brother Edward Hall (Vienna); and her sister-in-law Judith Miller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous special friends.
Donations in Joan's memory may be made to the St. Croix Benevolent Society, St. Croix Garden Club, or the St. Croix Historical Society.
