She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Keen and Leona Keen; her husband James P. Kelley Jr.; and her son James P. Kelley 3rd. She is survived by: her children, Katherine Kelley and David Kelley; her siblings, Virgina Burke and Richard Keen; her grandchildren, Amanda Lawless, Joseph Lyons, Tonya Stewart, Candace Kelley-Welch, Tara Small, Kayla Doten, Liam and Alison Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Kelley, Summer, Isaac Stewart and William Small.
