He is survived by: his son Lynwood James; his stepdaughter Patricia Halpin; his grandchildren, Don James, Philip Brewer and Dorothy Eldridge (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Hope and Samuel Eldridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
