He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Seeley and Theresa Seeley (Lee); and his siblings, Arlene, Karen, Linda and Bernard Seeley.

He is survived by: his daughter Tina Brown (Perry) of Rochester, NH; his grandchildren, Jahmi Seeley, Preanna Brown, Teara Brown and Perry Brown Jr.; his brothers, Robert Seeley, Alton Seeley and Timothy Seeley; and his aunt Mildred Seeley.
