He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerry Beckett and Julia Beckett (Allen). He is survived by: his wife Patsy McNutt; his children, Christopher Beckett (Mary) of Hampden, Jennifer Beckett (Justin) of Bucksport and Martha Beckett (Herm Gadway) of Calais; his grandchildren, Tristen, Colin, Ian, Leila and Hannah; his siblings, Patricia Sammer (Wayne) and Allen Beckett (Pam); and his brother-in-law Robert McNutt. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Croix Masonic Lodge (10 Calais Ave, Calais, ME 04619). A masonic service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne's Episcopal Church (29 Church St, Calais, ME 04619).
