He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arlene Zeis, Melva Hartel and Donald Perkins. He is survived by: his spouse Vivian Perkins (Dwelley); his brothers, Fletcher Perkins (Clarice) and Ivan Perkins (Barbara); his children, Carl Perkins Jr (June), Beverly Doyer, Dennis Perkins, Dana Perkins (Virginia) and Carlene Thornton; and his stepchildren, Rick Goodwin (Karen) and Tracy Goodwin. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
